All that rain...we desert people just don't see enough of it...nice capture
Chris: Just imagine all the things that would grow in the desert if you got what we get Robbyne!
They are both wearing their high water slacks Chris....petersmile
Chris: They've got to in these conditions..
The rain never stops careful accessorizing, Chris, have you noticed? smile
Chris: You are quite right Ginnie but your words encourage me to look ever more closely in future

I wished the lady would use a pink-violet coloured umbrella! Looking at your Friday pictures I would like to cancel all my English holidays.
Chris: Do not cancel your holidays Philine, you know very well this series is intended to make a particular and not very scientific point

Magenta is struggling against rain-and -litterbox grey. Even the Bathian stone is turning to a dirty grey.
Chris: But when I wear my orange shirt the whole place LIGHTS UP as if the sun itself has appeared
More rain sad short led trousers to avoid getting wet but the shoes mmm, wet feet.
Chris: You need good waterproofs at a time like this..

At least it keeps the streets clean with that constant washing.
Chris: That is the one advantage

Bet you had a soaking yesterday!

I rather like the lady caught in mid step - it is as though she has matererialised on the spot!
Chris: You are right: it does!
Solar powered rubbish bins in Bath? That is just such a complete waste of time and money
Chris: No doubt they have RAIN powered ones in Droitwich!

You find yourself in New Bond Street, Bath. Is that a suburb of Droitwich? Seeing the awful lot of Bath rain you have showed us on Fridays, can I suggest that you install an umbrella to protect the bench?
Chris: My bench needs no protection!
