Is that a stensell of Our Frank of Flagstaff, USA...perhaps immortalised by Bantsy?
Chris: Hardly Ray. This is Jeremy Corbyn, leader of the UK Labour Party and future (shudder) prime minister..
Very well.. smile
It does look a bit like Frank...
Chris: Frank is a MUCH NICER person
We need a hero....
Chris: Not this one surely!
I can't walk round Cleveleys or Fleetwood with a bloke that looks like this.Frank may have to wear a hat and dark glasses or maybe move to Droitwich.

You would go mad..
At least he's not as well-known as some politicians I know elsewhere, Chris! (sigh)
Chris: Oh dear, I know what you mean unfortunately Ginnie..

He looks familiar to me, Chris, but I have to admit that I cannot watch the UK Parliament anymore. We tried to watch a 3 voting sessions in one evening... man alive, it is very hard to keep up with the UK tradition in my eyes.
Chris: I agree with you, it's a crazy show Astrid

I have the feeling that he is condemned as marxist - is this really a fact? The Labour Party might be surely lefter than our SPD (Social-democratic Party), but surely different from the Communists? The graffiti are ugly and no way of discussion. It is a pity that there is no successful opposition to the Tories in the context of the Brexit, and why do have the little parties like the Libdems and Greens hardly good chances to take part in the government? So many questions from my German point of view! Sorry! I agree with Astrid's comment! And now the EU elections in GB! An unbearable situation with persons like Nigel Farage ... Some friends of mine will avoid to travel to England now. Sorry, sorry!
Chris: If I was young I would emigrate to Germany Philine..

Not factually correct
Chris: When did you and I ever let mere facts get in the way of our entertainment - heh?
I learned something the other day ( a rare occurrence ) Karl Marx despite being Jewish himself was anti semitic. This might explain the problem of anti semitism within the Labour Party.
Chris: He hated himself then.

In this he is not alone..

Corbyn is known indeed as harsh critic of Israel's politics, but I am not sure if this is identical with 'antisemitic'.
Chris: I am not happy with Israel's policies either Philine, and I am certainly not antisemetic

Looks like someone has used it for target practice Tiff.
Chris: I rather like the idea of JC's image being painted on an urban wall awash with grafitti Chad

Is it Chris Evan's without his specs? Ah... no, I think its the leader of the next UK government when the Marxists get elected.
Chris: When the red flag will be flying from Scumsville's town hall, library and public conveniences. If you have any..

He looks somewhat like Ian Smith. You remember? The UDI leader of Rhodesia.

Unilateral Declaration of Independence. Much maligned move according to the British (and some others). Now the British do it themselves, but call it Brexit. Shades of horror.
Chris: I remember Smithy, ex RAF pilot, I think.

Typical idiot of his time..

Whatever happened to him?

He doesn't inspire much confidence
Chris: Correction, any confidence..
No comment, I can't think of one suitable enough for public publication!
Chris: I agree Brian, it is difficult..
he can't be popular Chris... it looks like there are several bullet holes around him....petersmile
Chris: He's not popular with a lot of people Peter
Not mine! Not that many politicians are worthy of that adulation :-D
Chris: Very few are. Thank you Martin
