Love to see a young man working with his hands!
He looks amazing like our Louis the Lumberjack
Chris: I'm not really sure why he was doing this in Queen Square, right in the centre of Bath. But it makes an interesting if slightly fussy image I suppose
Hi Electricity bill should be small.
Chris: We should all do this for the sake of our health and the planet. BACK TO NATURE!!

What a mess he is making Tiff. I don’t think the Victorians would have approved of this.
Chris: Yes quite Chad, the Victorians did not approve of pollution. Especially the moral sort..

When we were in Bath a couple of years ago we stayed in a posh hotel in the square. I don't remember him being there then.
Chris: He is not a permanent feature of the place

He probably thinking he is being very green and hoping that no-one notices his plastic bags under the table. Good to see a craftsman at work.
Chris: A craftsman?

Oh yes, you mean me with my camera..
Traditional wood turning. None of your DFS
Chris: The real thing indeed

What a skill to have - it must be great watching it all happen.
Chris: Yes indeed Anne, a real skill
I have a wooden masher like he is making. I like the duck especially.
Chris: I expect he can make all sorts
Interesting to see but I trust he cleared up after he'd finished.
Chris: I hope so too Brian
i imagine this is an ingenious set-up and he seems well used to working on it, Chris. i would have probably nailed my sleeve to the bench!
Chris: I expect I would have nailed my hand..
That's a crazy construction he's working with - Health and safety would have things to say!
Chris: I think they probably would in this day & age Tom..
