Awesome, quite literal yet figurative. The keen noting of the noter is noted.

The appears to be very patient is is sensibly sitting in the same of the tree. The people look relatively normal so this can't be Bath. It must be elsewhere where hi-viz jackets are mandatory.
Chris: This is Bath on an off day..
The things we have to do to earn a crust. Its a hard life at a pop-up market.
Chris: I notice today they're holding it again, in the pouring rain..
I've never heard of a pop-up market before.
Chris: This is a market that appears for one day only

Pop up markets is a new thing for me.
Chris: Pop up meaning these things just appear, as if from nowhere, for a day Lotta
The dog looks bored witless
Chris: He is like I would be at a ball game, with the honourable exception of test cricket
I like it! What a great subject!
Chris: There's always plenty going on at these places
