Like an old postcard. Do you have this music playing when you walk?
Chris: This composition was actually - many decades ago - the piece that started my interest in classical music. I never play music when I walk..

I can see the lovely path you walked along. The walk to the paradise must be leading through green landscape in my view, but I can imagine all the greenery in England.
Chris: There is a lot of greenery around Philine but today is very wet and I do not intend to go far in search of it..

Very fitting ...
Chris: Quite
Joli traitement pour ce beau paysage.
Chris: I'm pleased you think so Martine
The music made for a very agreeable start to the day. The brown painted snap goes quite well with it

Interesting your comment to Ellie, I think my interest started with the 1812 overture! A piece I never play now
Chris: Chad & I used to listen to the 1812 but it never fostered any initial feelings of reverence into my youthful soul..

Delius is a well- known German and Protestant Family (textile industry) in Bielefeld - still active as patron of the arts ... - in my childhood I met the Delius twins on the North-Frisian Spiekeroog island.
Chris: Thank you for this Philine. I believe they had a similar business near Stroud in the UK
Serenity. Like the vintage look smile
Chris: Thank you Rob
Another one of your beautiful English landscapse, no doubt from round your way somewhere. The music is new to me, very soothing.
Chris: Taken near the white horse at Bratton Brian
How I would love to be in the area you so beautifully captured here, Chris. My location is urban and while the walks are frequent and enjoyable, this landscape would be more than a pleasure to walk through.
Chris: There is a lot of healthy exercise to be enjoyed hereabouts Bev
A gorgeous place to stroll.
Chris: It certainly is that

Ignore my previous comment. It was supposed to say "I can just imagine that this was from those halcyon days before many people had heard of Europe, never mind Brexit. I can just imagine Boy Scouts fiddling with their woggles and sleeping under proper canvas tents."
Chris: Please lie on the couch Mr Rolfe..

Now tell me, have you had these Boy Scout fantasies for a very long time?
An image out of time...
Chris: No clues are there

Or clueless

Take your pick..
