Great image, Chris.

I suppose the oars can work as Sails...
Chris: If the women remove their clothes and string them between the oars..
Prêtes pour le départ.
Chris: Preparing for a practice run..

This seems to be a big event among women or ladies?
Chris: Yes indeed so Philine. Maybe for charity?
HA! Good play on words, Chris. Those who pray together play together? smile
Chris: That is true Ginnie

I love this one very much, Chris. I see that the man on the left has a "carpenter's smile"... and off they go...
Are they praying that they won't sink?
Chris: They probably are Astrid, all concerned having never done this before..
I like your jolly play on words.

They don't seem to have grasped the idea of what oars are for
Chris: I have avoided all references to sexism and limited my use of puns..

Hahaha!! Very good. I like to see lots of oars. I always danced standup paddlebarding like the person in the background. The level of turbulence seen here would be about my limit for such activity.
Chris: Too rough for me..
That's a rather heavy looking craft!
Chris: A rowing gig from the look of it Tom
With oars that long I suspect it will be quite hard work to use them.
Chris: You are probably right Brian

I see there are two men among the girls, so there can't be anything sexist about "Watch and Pray"
Chris: Nothing whatever Louis..
Clever title and photo. I think they have won before they start.
Chris: I think you are right
those are not young oarswomen Chris... i would be the man in black sitting on the bench....petersmile
Chris: They are mature women Peter. I would be with you on the bench..
can't use that to scratch that itch on their back, Chris - well not their own backs anyway!
Chris: No indeed not Ayush!
