Chris: Yes we do. At least the man in the doorway has shelter, of a sort..
I like Larry's comment
Chris: We are more and more finding out Larry's ability to say things well
He must be so pleased that Teresa is going to sort things out for him....

What a sad sight, unfortunately, a familar situation in our cities.
Chris: My thoughts are often judgemental - how much effort has he made to do/be something in his life?

I don’t think Teresa May bot’s suggestion will do more than get them out of doorways to camouflage the problem.
Chris: Her plan was possibly yet another ploy to stop us concentrating on Brexit..
The government is committed to spending imaginary money to resolve the problem of homelessness. They are building imaginary houses for them to live in at "affordable" rents.
Chris: The word "affordable" is one of the silliest in the lexicon, when used especially by government. My plan would be individual apartments, subsidised, with strings attached, for rent

Chris: I agree with you Martine
sadly a situation seen around much of the world.
Chris: I suppose this is the case Alan. You would know better than me

And the world just rolls by !.
Chris: Yes - thank you Hugh
What a sad sight. How on earth the government wil even find every poor soul in this state before trying to help them I have no idea.
Chris: Awful isn't it, Bath is full of such people

They say that no-one chooses to live on the streets but sometimes I'm not so sure. A sad scene nevertheless.
Chris: Yes it is sad, mainly that people such as this have wasted their lives
He seems to be making the best of a bad situation, with reasonable bedding and a sheltered doorway..
Chris: Yes at least he's got that
Welcome to Britain!
Chris: In the 21st century digital age
it's sad to see this Chris... but most of the time they can't get into a shelter if they are high or drinking....petersmile
Chris: Addiction can be a terrible thing Peter
