A Paris, il y avait un pont avec des cadenas. Ils les ont enlevés parce que c'était trop lourd.
Chris: Same in Germany, in Koln Martine, hundreds of them..

I suppose these would all be on the Suspension Bridge if it were allowed
Chris: They might tip the whole darn thing over Lisl

Imagine what IKB would have to say about that!

I don't know about locks; more likely they shoild be millstones. Doggy seems t one appreciating the view of the wonderful bridge.

This has reminded me that there is a TV series either on now or coming soon about Brunel; I'd forgotten about that.
Chris: I will watch that too
I bet locksmiths love this idea.
Chris: Maybe it's only guerrilla locksmiths doing this in the first place..

I remember well our meeting with your lady freind Ann on the Suspension Bridge and the ice cream you spent all of us.

Even on the Alte Brücke in Heidelberg I saw those 'Liebesschlösser'.
Chris: Happy days Philine which I hope some day will return..
A cuddle with ones best friend is more meaningful than putting a cheap padlock on a chain link fence ... What is the world coming to
Chris: Decoding your message I think you are rather fond of intimate physical contact Mr Trim.

This is ENGLAND for God's sake man!
I like how the dog is watching what is going on below rather than it's companions. Kind of unusual.
Chris: What exactly goes on in doggy brains is always a matter for conjecture..
the world needs all the love it can get Chris... love your point of view....petersmile
Chris: I agree with you Peter.

Thank you.
