I like the toilet roll, placed handily...
Chris: I think sooner or later it might be needed Ray..
That's some vat of soup! Did you try any?
I won't eat the snake soup.... because I don't eat anything out of a can. smile
Chris: I didn't try any but maybe I should have..

Their soup looks gorgeous - what a huge pan
Chris: I know you Lisl, you'd eat the lot at one sitting!

I hope it is a good potato soup and not a snake soup. Arrgg! I wonder a bit about the toilet paper hanging from the ceiling.
Chris: The combination of all these things makes me laugh Philine

I'm sure I can see a submarine periscope towards the far side of the "ocean". I would avoid such a vat as I would be concerned about people passing by who may have coughed or sneezed over it. I don't fancy the snake soup, either.
Chris: I just wonder how many "exotic ingredients" form the basis of this soup?
It’s kitchen roll you daft muppets.
It’s gruel you daft muppets
Chris: Gruel is a cheap simple food made, especially in the past, by boiling oats with water or milk
It is an unpleasant colour so I hope it had a better aroma

I worry about the etc in the snake soup

I am pleased you educated Trim on what gruel is
Chris: We need to get him back into his care home asap for the good of the community at large..

I would gladly tuck in to that bowl of soup Tiff.
Chris: You might expand your girth if you seriously tackled it Chad

It looks like they are grilling fish next to that vat of soup. Which makes me think it might be some variant on bouillabaisse.

Snake soup - that is a soup I haven't eaten, yet. Grilled puffadder was not so bad - tasted a bit like crocodile.
Chris: Puffadder tasted like crocodile..

I'll take your word for that Louis
There should be enough there for you, Chris!
Chris: I'm sure Jackie, Ratty and myself could polish it all off in no time Tom..
Darn, and I thought it was a seafood chowder.
Chris: Well I must admit that it looks very much as you describe
I f you hadn't included the can shot I would of said I might fancy some of this soup, now I'm not so sure.
Chris: I'm sure it was absolutely delicious Brian

I just hope there were no snakes in that large pot.
Chris: The very thought of it..
It's good of these ladies to feed the the poor people of Bath Chris.
Chris: Without them we would whither away to nothing Mick..
It's the "etc." on that snake soup can that bothers me...
