Funny! I'd never heard this term until I Met Frank! We call the bachelorette parties
Chris: This is yet another example of how we are divided by a common language Ellie..

Je ne sais pas ce qu'elles fêtent mais elles ont l'air contentes de le faire.
Chris: A Hen Party is a female celebration before marriage Martine, they are very common in the UK

What might the young boy think about the Hen Party? This must be a typically English institution?
Chris: The young boy will not have developed sufficiently yet to have given all of this malarkey a second glance or thought Philine..

I like the expression on the young lad's face Tiff. He is trying to understand the what, why and wherefore.
Chris: I doubt if he could care at that age Chad

I think the real hens probably have a better idea of good day and night than the ladies. Funnily I reading something about people making pullovers for chickens only earlier in the week.
Chris: Have you noticed how the owners of usually small dogs dress them in winter clothes these days?

Pets as fashion statements..

It obviously hasn't got going yet, Chris
Chris: It will soon enough Lisl

Clearly looking as if you are freezing to death is part of the fun

Run boy, run, these women are in a dangerous mood - dangerous for you, that is.

It would seem they are just about to hit the drinking establishments!
Chris: And it's not yet noon..
Living in Blackpool, this doesn't amuse me any more. No one seems to have any originality..
Chris: I would ban hen nights if I had my way Frank, often we have half a dozen going on at a weekend..
Those chickens are smarter than some of the lasses!
Chris: I noticed that too..

Wear a string of garlic around your neck...it should help!

Good on so many levels
Someone's duty to be there. I am glad I do not stand for such duties.
