Yes, I remember the name of this place as I went to Torquay.
Chris: It is not very far from Torquay
I had the great pleasure of meeting up with Mr Shaw here. It was my first visit to Teignmouth since 1967
Chris: Nice place, I only explored it properly for the first time this year..

An interesting viewpoint - I imagine that you weren't paddling though.
Chris: Not paddling Anne, just looking around
We went here many years ago on a 'Twixmas' holiday break and quite liked it. For December the weather was lovely on that day and the place was buzzing with people.
Chris: It gets very busy in summer
It's so long time since I visited that town - school camp at Dawlish in about 1951!
Chris: OMG - quite a long time ago then Tom!
