Looks like a lovely avenue of mature timbers up there, Chris.
Chris: Right on the top of a very high hill which Lisl MADE ME climb Ray..
it's neat how the contrails follow the curve of the treeline Chris....petersmile
Chris: Much obliged to you Peter
Man over nature...
Chris: Absolutely Larry
That is so very pretty!
Chris: Taken way above Bath on a walk in spring with Lisl

All nicely following the gentle curve of the hill
Chris: Remember this, climbing up that very steep hill to Charmydown??
No prizes for guessing which way the prevailing winds come from Tiff.
Chris: They come from the west Chad

Always a joy to see not only from down at ground level but all from the planes passing overhead. I see a way out of the field in the fence line, too.
Chris: Skylines - gedditt!!
All very English and pleasant. I watched a bit of a recording of the Bath Cycle Criterium race from last week yesterday evening, quite a draw for spectators right in the middle of the city.
Chris: It makes the place very busy Brian

A lovely tree line and unmarred by telegraph wiring.
Chris: Indeed so Anne, I would never have taken this picture if wires were in the way
I don't wish to give offence but this really is a dreary picture. Now I know that can be said of most of my pictures but it doesn't alter the fact

There is a patch of unexciting grass a bit of fence, a row of trees demonstrating the direction of the prevailing wind and a sky that would be thrown out of your neighbour's shed for being too bland
Chris: No doubt you are right, I won't argue with that, I was simply rather proud of the title I suppose..
Reminds me of Hockney's paintings!
Chris: Well that is something I never considered Tom
