I love those old flivvers...
Chris: Wonderful aren't they Larry
You could certainly sell this photo as vintage!
Chris: All I did was twiddle it a little Ellie

Très jolies voitures. Le traitement sépia va très bien à  cette photo.
Chris: Thank you kindly Martine
Very good, Chris, a great find.
Chris: They were out on a weekend rally Frank

Gotta love the Elliot Nesser, Chris.

Wonderful image, and expertly twiddled.
Chris: Yeah - running board, tommy-guns, trilbys, ratatatat..

Aaaahhh.. proper cars. The chap is wearing appropriate headwear, too. At least one of them has a spare tyre which is more than mine does. Your choice of presentation is spot on.
Chris: I am obliged 2 U, O Wonderous Being. Looking out the window this morning I detect it to be cold, damp & grey - perfect for you to do a fifty mile bike ride

Oh, what for wonderful oldtimers - did you take seat in one of them wearing as gentleman an elegant hat and a sepia jacket ...
Chris: I wish I had done just that Philine..
Une epoque fabuleuse...j'aime ces anciennes !
Chris: Beauties aren't they Claudine

Guess you copied this from one of your family albums, Chris. I spotted Great-grandaddy Timbrell!!
Chris: Hahaha - if only Lisl..
The one on the left is, I think, a 1925 Vauxhall 30/90 tourer

the on on the right isn't
Chris: Well thank you for this, I have no idea about either, save that they have period charm
The one on the right is much like a friend's old car. I will take a shot of it next summer when it is not in storage.
Chris: I wonder what sort it is?
The toning really gives this a great feeling of atmosphere.
Chris: I just had to use sepia Brian. Do judges approve of this sort of thing?

OMG...thankfully, I don't remember riding in those, but I think my mom did!
Chris: I don't remember these either Bonnie. Looks like someone as lovingly restored them from who knows what condition
Broken down and waiting for the AA? smile
Chris: Noo Tom, everybody's at lunch!
