A bloo coo...lovely!
Chris: I cannot explain it Ray but in this Worcestershire village the bin, cow & notice were all of the same blue. So in tribute to the significent county resident W J Phillips (no relation) I decided to ruin the composition by colouring its border in the same striking hue

Blue sky, too. I wonder if the owner of the property is covertly showing his political leanings? I'm drawn to the descending window sizes on the building by the blue bin; there needs to be smaller one under the third S-shaped building tie.
Chris: Yeah you tell 'em!

Go round and sort their windows out then paint that stupid cow a sensible colour - posterity will thank you for this
Crikey Tiff, you and Bill have gone colour crazy today.
Chris: I added a blue frame but cannot compete with Bill's lovely two tone green
I have no idea where this is. Nice tasteless border but not as tasteless as mine today
Chris: Oh I agree, yours is simply frightful whilst this is merely plain

I like this homage to the colour 'blue'!
Chris: The blue objects at the house are as I found them, pure and untwiddled Philine

Nothing a good dose of monochrome wouldn't cure.
Chris: Anything would be better than this frightful Worcestershire blue Mike..
Moo, moo, it is sky blue. I love it.
Chris: A blue cow is perhaps a little over the top perhaps Mary
I have to say that blue is my favourite colour, I'd like that blue-cow (not moo-cow) in my back garden.
Chris: Be careful what you wish for Brian, that cow is life sized..
Is that a dog or a cow our front?
Chris: It's a cow Tom - why I don't know..
