Très joli cette couleur sépia.
Chris: I am a fan of sepia for certain types of pictures Martine

Oh, I can hear the water rushing - and Lady K. loks light a knight from past times.
Chris: I suppose she does Philine..

Another timeless picture - Katy could have had her hair cropped in the 1920s
Chris: I was trying to make it timeless Lisl. This was actually taken near Dorchester, at Kingston Maurward
Nice bucket of mud treatment Tiffo!
Chris: Slap it on, that's what I say..

This is wonderful as is your picture from yesterday.... both are 'timeless'.... Have a great weekend, Big Bro.
Chris: That was the idea Astrid, have a good weekend too

That coffee hue looks rather watery
Chris: These are times of belt tightening Comrade, hence the frugality

Belle compo et un joli sépia.
Bonne journée
Chris: I am obliged to you Roland, I am glad you approve
Hard to tell the water from the rest but I recognise some of it.
Chris: It's all in there sloshing about somewhere Mary
This is so wrong with her on the edge looking out of the picture, or at least that's what those who think they know best would say. Me, I think it is terrific the toning adds that extra touch, I wish I'd taken it. BTW I note the footpath lady in Bathampton is in the news again with her Leylandii trees, I guess she's the village 'pain in the proverbial!'
Chris: She certainly has no friends, here in Bathampton Brian

As for the picture, well if it works, it works..

Is this shot from your recent visit to Winchester? It looks like part of the old Itchen Navigation. I hope being so close to the waters that you were wearing life preserver.
Chris: Noo - this was taken down in Dorset, at Kingston Maurward, near Dorchester last summer
the sepia really works well...
Chris: Thank you Larry, in colour it wasn't up to much..
Another timeless image - I love how she's just gazing off - a number of things she could be thinking!
Chris: Knowing her as I do, I can only but agree with what you say
