I agree with, Elizabeth, Chris....What intricate work that is.
Chris: I couldn't imagine doing this myself Frank..

He looks very concentrating on his job, hope he does not have to sneeze.. I like the designs in the windowsill.
Chris: I expect he spends his whole life doing this sort of thing Astrid
I have'a feeling it's something I'd enjoy doing myself, Chris.
Chris: You probably would Ginnie

Now this takes a steady hand. Interesting to see that he's using "ordinary" paper; I would have though he would use something special. I like his desk with somewhere to store his coffee cup.
Chris: I could not imagine spending my day doing things of this nature..
It must be wonderful to have a talent like this
Chris: More to the point wonderful to have the patience..
That looks like an interesting piece of work this artist is creating Tiff.
Chris: Are you using interesting in the sense that I used the word in my comment on Bill's picture today Chad?
I love doing precise work like this.
Chris: Some people do and others don't Mary

If I would get that far - if - and then slip, that Stanley will find new work. Look at those cuttings on the books in the window sill, that he has already completed. I can outwait animals and birds in the wild - means that I have lots of patience, but I just don't have that control over my hands.
Chris: I think I'm the same as yourself Louis
I would never have the skill and patience to do something like this.
Chris: I think people are born with this sort of temperament Brian

I like this one - reminds me of all my grandfathers who were in advertising.
Chris: Which can be a fine right-brained profession to follow Penny

- and my parents, come to that, who both wielded a Stanley expertly.
Chris: We might be getting an indication of why you are so tidy Penny
It takes concentration!
Chris: And lots of skill too Tom
