even if you only finish half of the leg of ham and just bits of all the trimmings Chris... you should be good for about a week or two... love the shot of the housekeeper... she looks so serious....petersmile
Chris: She is concerned for our welfare Peter..
Quite a spread! She does look concerned! Maybe because everything's a bit beige... the Surgeon General will not tolerate the lack of colorful veggies! smile
Chris: You are quite right. The addition of some tomatoes might help..

You might have to ask Ratty to go slow this morning... maybe then the the two of you will be alright until lunch. I think I can live with this ontbijt...I totally understand the concern of your housekeeper... wonder why she is still there wink
Chris: She has our best interests at heart Astrid, and she does not want us to starve
I think your housekeeper can un-clench her hands by now, Chris, right? You know how they say that if you take less than 20 minutes to eat your meal, your brain will tell you you're still hungry. I'm sure you and Ratty took your time and had plenty left over for lunch.
Chris: This was months ago, we're still eating it..

I don't understand your complaining - the table breaks as we say in German to describe the overabundance of food. You should invite some SCrs, for example Alan Rolfe.
Chris: Mr Rolfe is too busy falling of his bike to be bothered with mere food Philine..

How are you and Ratty going to divide this up?
Chris: She'll have most of it Lisl..
Goodness! What is under all that crust?
Chris: A good question Mary..

I think you may have to whip her soundly if you are to achieve a change of behaviour, Chris.
Chris: But surely that solution is politically incorrect
she certainly has an "oh dear" expression, Chris. nice shot.
Chris: She certainly has Ayush: thank you
Hoorah for housekeepers Tiff, always laying up.
Chris: That is what I say Chad

Ratty likes olives? For the rest, she has done an excellent job. I hope you give her a bonus.
Chris: Yes I'll give her an extra little something later Louis..

Is she having an affair with Jenkins the butler?......which might account for her being a little distracted.
Chris: OMG Penny - I think you have hit the screw firmly on the head there!
Just about enough for a mid morning snack I reckon!
Chris: I agree Brian

Hahah!! Excellent! You can't beat a light snack. The chicken looks quite small in comparison with the other delights.

I've yet to fall off my bike - hardly surprising as I'm walking for the weekend. Mind you, there is every chance of me being blown off a mountain top; it is very windy here.
Chris: If you get blown off a mountain I sincerely hope someone is there to record the event..
Oh, I think there's enough there for Ratty - and you can always pop down to the pub for a pie and a pint for yourself!
Chris: Well I suppose so Tom..
She need not worry... that's a lot!
Chris: Oh good Larry, that's a relief
