This is great, Chris!
Chris: Thank you O Wunderkind. You can thank Auntie Nature for all of it, including my creative juices.

Upon which note I shall cease..

What for an intense colour combination! Wunderkind Ray is right!
Chris: The colour intensity is why I posted the image Philine, I could not ignore it

I see you have been trying to micic the technique of He of Foreign Fields, The Master of the Macro. This has come out very well; I like the colour combination. My own attempts at something have been a complete waste of time.
Chris: This comes as a result of much photo manipulation, painting, baking and dancing around a fire at midnight dressed as a demon. Just a normal day really..

Superbe jaune avec son petit visiteur vert. Très jolie photo.
Chris: Thank you kindly Martine
Is this a greenfly Tiff, it's the colour that makes me suspicious.
Chris: I don't think it's a greenfly Chad, for various reasons

Excellent spot Chris. The perfect colour contrast, what an obliging little chap.
Chris: I was tempted by the colours Mike
I can see why any insect would be drawn to this piece of sunshine. Nice shot!
Chris: Yellow can make people and insects both happy Mary
great shot, Chris. i see you are getting inspired by Ray and plunging into the macro world progressively. judging from the somewhat muscular thighs, this little fella should be capable of jumping several times its body length.
Chris: I am sure it could leap very high indeed Ayush
That's a good shot Chris, somewhat different than your normal style, I think it might be eyeing up that small black insect on the other side of the flower.
Chris: It's nice to step out of the usual style sometimes Brian

What a great macro, I love the green against the yellow, all very vibrant!
Chris: Spotted just by chance Anne, and who could resist those colours..
I should think the wee critter is dazzled by this vibrant flower
Chris: I was too Martin!
The flower is the whole world.
Chris: From the point of view of the insect certainly Tom
Looks like it laid a couple of eggs
Chris: Or did something else..
great macro Chris... it could sit on the leaves and be impossible to see....petersmile
Chris: It was very obliging Peter
Be good in b/w....Sorry, I jest Chris...

Yikes, Ray should watch out - new Wunderkind on the block smile
