Lets face up to it, Chris...every day is another tough 'un after you have hung out the "retired" shingle.

Just be thankful that no-one has put a pink harness and restraining leash on you, yet...
Chris: I remain open to all suggestions..
What a great shot, Chris! Love the find, and your selfie! smile
Chris: The selfie was unintentional Elizabeth. The dog is always here and makes me smile
i love the bulldog even if they put a pink harness on it Chris... your reflection of the skyline and your selfie are great....petersmile
Chris: I am obliged to you Peter, just another day on the street - or in this case, in the window

How much is that doggie in the window? I like the reflections - hello!
Chris: Well hello 2 U 2. I hope you are back operating the levers of power today. During your absence to the land of perpetual rain the country has gone to the dogs - gedditt!!
Two for the price of one...on a tough day! Gotta love it, Chris. smile
Chris: I am obliged to you Ginnie. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do, and a dog has to do what a dog has to do too..

This is such a fabulous picture. Love the sleeping dog and all the reflections in the window. (great selfie)
I think the owner 'gave up' in putting something else in the window sill... this 'tank' want to have it his way wink
Chris: This dog is always in the window of the hairdresser's shop Astrid, it makes me smile..

One British Bulldog is satisfactory ... To see two, in the same picture, is really pushing it.
Chris: The selfie aspect of this picture was entirely unintentional Comrade..
It's a dog's life. Just imagine at some stage the poor devil has to get up to eat
Chris: Life doesn't get tougher..
I really like the reflection of you and the view of Bath Tiff.
Chris: When we were children there was a dreadful popular song called "How much is that doggie in the window." If I had been raised on Wagner instead of this musical pap I might have become a better person and now be chief executive of the whole world
So much to see, Chris, and it is a workday for me. i like the walking figure to your right, my left.
Chris: Thank you kindly Mary
Guarding this place is a tough job, ready to spring into action at any moment!

Love the reflection and the dog, Chris.
Chris: Thanks Pauline: I didn't notice the reflection when I took this
Time I had this damned harness off!
Chris: It's a dog's life..
My daughter would love this, he/she is the spitting image of her late Bulldog Lennie.
