The [in]famous bollard decorator...I wonder if he will do them in black, or go wild with fire engine red?
Chris: Wouldn't that make 'em look a bit err...racy

I wonder just what he is going to paint with that equipment - do I spot a roller? Judging by his overalls, he has a messy job
Chris: I guess the scene of St John's protruding from the buildings over there Lisl
Good grief Tiff, he looks as he he could be your younger brother.
Chris: Well actually he is: Bertram Phillips, painter of protrusions in the landscape

I hope you did not delay him with your diversonary tactics; don't the red sightseeing buses park there? He looks like he does big canvasses, covers himself in paint and then rolls across them.
Chris: Who can be bothered with boring old brushes when every day can be a get up, daub 'n' roll experience!
He is reading a step by step guide on how to mess your overalls to look like a pro, he has pretty well succeeded by the look of it.
Chris: Yes indeed he has, the ability to paint a proper picture is secondary
He looks to be proud of his er.. work. He has a birch stick to hold down his equipment from the wind. It doubles as a weapon for those who do not like his style.
Chris: I was very enthusiastic

He certainly seems to be dressed for the part smile
Chris: And hopefully he actually managed to paint something too
A very fine image Chris, great ironwork on the bridge and I like the background as well.
Chris: Thank you Brian, I found the sky a bit disappointing to tell you the truth
This could have been a good picture
Chris: I know - dreadful isn't it..
He's made a good job of his pants!
Chris: They are a work of art Tom
Oh I like this - he has a very gentle expression. I like how it looks like a painting of the painter!
