BATH FASHIONS

This was taken during Bath's Jane Austen Festival but I don't think the two pictured here were actual participants.

Maybe the sight of all those dressed-up people just put them in the appropriate mood.

Sir Thomas Bertram and Fanny Price? I love the fashion of the Regency period to dress- up people.
Chris: It looks quite authentic Philine. Ever worn a crinoline yourself?

Chris: That is the most up to date top hat you can get!
Bath was a bit cheeky counting JA as one of their own, but hey, that's the world for you mate.
Chris: Bath can be a nest of stoats Chad
Power dressing from yesteryear
Chris: Looks good doesn't it
I think they are enjoying themselves.
Chris: No question about that Mary
I do wonder, following your pictures of Bath regularly, what Maureen and I would be required to wear should we ever manage to visit your noble city in time to come.
Chris: Roman togas would do Brian

Judging from many of your previous pictures Chris, it is very hard to tell who is dressed up and who is in their everyday garb smile
Chris: That is very true Anne
Time travellers, perhaps?
Chris: You would imagine so in anywhere other than Bath Tom..

Chris: Yes it is Larry
Funny that they just happened to have these outfits in the closet...
Chris: It is rather strange..
