The groom looks like a lightweight beside the bride Chris... it's a fun shot....petersmile
Chris: Every weekend there are several examples of this ritual to be seen in Bath Peter
Good street scene, Chris.
Chris: You never know what you're going to find Frank..

gack-gack-gack - a funny hen party?
Chris: All prior to the big event Philine. Some versions of this modern pantomime are frightfully sexually explicit but others have mother joining in and are jolly affairs..
I like the woman on the left having a sneaking look
Chris: She is thinking that back in her day this sort of rigmarole was UNHEARD of!

I took a picture of a hen party in Bath recently, and got a lot of cold stares!
Chris: You perhaps made yourself too obvious Lisl?
Is that a blow-up Tiff the 'lady' is carrying Tiff?
Chris: Yes it is Chad, they are in great demand
That blow-up seems to have a cut out of your face. You certainly are busy for a retired fellow.
Chris: There's no stopping me..

Is the one with the box carrying all the pies she intends to eat during the day, I wonder? I expect the hens are off for some "foul" play and will be egging each other on.
Chris: Thank you Ole Cock
Lots to observe...
Chris: Probably too much Larry..

It looks as if a good time is to be had by them
Chris: Well at least one of them..
Haha. The man on the left doesn't look amused Chris
Chris: I expect like me he wishes he had a time machine Janet..

That is incredibly sexist Christopher and you should be totally ashamed of yourself ... and yes, that is definitely you on the left ... Just as Chad, your mentor, suggests.
Chris: I am not CHRISTOPHER

It is not me

It is not sexist

Chad isn't my mentor
Things have changed a bit since my wedding in 1971, mind you in those days the ladies were of a more moderate size.
Chris: Yes indeed so Brian; we have regressed
Saw lots of them in Dublin!
Chris: And just remember what Catholic Ireland was like not so long ago too..
He won't last long poor wee chappie.
Chris: No he won't..
