This is my beloved, undulating, hedged English countryside - where did you capture this wide overview? I like the hiking person in the foreground - I miss only the sheep.
Chris: Behind me is Great Breach Wood, ahead the Somerset Levels with Lollover Hill in the middle distance Philine

A green and pleasant land (even if it is in black and white)!
Chris: Very much so Lisl. The sight where I took this, near Great Breach Wood, is a haven for butterflies & insects of all sorts

Hahah.. Lisl's comment was going to be mine. So I'll just say ditto. Once your stopped peering through the letterbox and opened the door, I hope the view was just as pleasant.
Chris: This is Zummerzet at its finest
Another fine shot of the beautiful countryside down your way, and quite different from what we have round my way, which is also lovely I might add.
Chris: Very different places
Interesting and dare I say magnificent landscape.
Chris: You can indeed: thank you Martin
