No street-map to be seen. I think that is the most important information. Love the background houses.
It also looks like a set up for a 'rat-race'...
(after 1 minute 20 there will be action)
Chris: This man has decided to redesign Bath Astrid, Ratty approves of his plan
Little boxes on the hillside,
Little boxes made of ticky tacky,
Little boxes on the hillside,
Little boxes all the same.
There's a green one and a pink one
And a blue one and a yellow one,
And they're all made out of ticky tacky
And they all look just the same.
Chris: Quite so Elizabeth..

What is all this about, Chris?
Chris: No idea Lisl
The ones that are lying down...are they the ones already taken, Chris???
Chris: This is as much a mystery to me as it is to you Ginnie..

You are the real streetphotographer, master-class!
Chris: You are too kind Philine..
He's drawing a bigger crowd than the would be Segovia in the background
Chris: Segovia is always there so he must make a living, of sorts
Is he describing the new housing plan for Bath Tiff.
Chris: Yes Chad; I designed it

This is the new monopoly game as an end result of failed governments housing policies over the last few decades ... I also see that green field and brown field sites have not been marked on the map. Are these all four/five bedroom properties for retired empty-nester pensioners.
Chris: Of course they are!

Surprised we haven't had a council decree that everyone needs to be shorter in height to queerest more in!
Chris: Just wait..
He has the attention of quite a few during his explanation of what happens during the big floof.. Some houses have collapsed but the ones made with his super '____' are still standing.
Chris: This is town planning in extremis Mary
Well it's attracting the ladies by the look of it. Did you find out what it was all about Chris?
Chris: Sorry Janet, I never found out

The guy with the guitar has a strategic role - making one believe the houses are going for a song.
Chris: Haha - very good!

No doubt a lot of nimbys showing interest. I don't think much of the new houses; some have already fallen down.
Chris: The latter action is to ensure further work for the building trade
Mmm touchy subject for me if this is about new housing, living in a small town the local authorities now want to add on some 3,200 houses which will increase the population from about 14,000 to goodness how many!!!
Chris: You will end up being a suburb of Leicester I expect Brian..
I wonder if this is part of the election campaign...
Chris: I don't think so Ronky..

Is it some sort of treasure map? The things you find Chris ... amazing!
Chris: I do enjoy a good trawl around my environs Anne. Sometimes you get nothing of interest but on others..
It seems everyone is baffled, Chris....
Chris: Including us Frank
there's a busker playing his heart out and all of the folks are looking at these dumb looking houses Chris...
i see writing on some of them... perhaps the're headstones for family pets....petersmile
Chris: Now that's an interesting idea Peter!
