wonderfully observed- and they are observing the wonderful photographer!
Chris: That is very kind of you Philine. This is my friend Ann and her dog Mabel in Bristol posing by the feeder canal

Well a bridge with such a utilty feel to it only deserves to be used by bloody pigeons
Chris: They can colonise it as far as I am concerned

These are the forerunner of security cameras Tiff. If birds could talk eh?
Chris: They could sing together as a chorus Chad. If it was Bill's pictures, especially his recycled ones, they had in mind, they could be a chorus of disapproval

Hahaha.. I like the face that they are all keeping their distance from each other. I'm sure I'm not alone in having my own comfort zone and do not like that space invaded.
Chris: We might be onto something here, it looks to be an exact distance between each of them. This could perhaps be a new unit of measurement for the OS to employ, the pidge
If this is a walkway bridge, I would suggest wearing a cap. I am wondering if your friend's dog is a greyhound or whippet.
Chris: A lurcher Mary
like a scene from a Hitchcock movie.......
Chris: It is a bit, isn't it Rob
who will they get next?

who have they already gotten?

Is the dog hesitant to cross the bridge?

Oh the stories this photograph holds.
Chris: It could be set as a subject for a descriptive school composition..
Looks like the community centre Chris
Chris: Well it's certainly near the city centre Janet
Strange how they all space themselves out to be not to close to their neighbour.
Chris: Interesting isn't it Brian
the dive bombers are ready for target practice!
Chris: Just think of the mess!

Are they gathering to roost Chris?
Chris: This was the middle of the day Anne
Nicely caught, looks as if the dog is about to be unleashed smile
Chris: Now if these birds were squirrels or rodents the dog would be off like a shot John
Man teaching greyhound to leap river?
Chris: Something like that Tom..

Do not walk thru that bridge, I would find safer path to cross
