With all that snow around, Bill should really wear a coat. He could be trapped by such hellish conditions and I'm suprised he has ignored the warnings about "essential journeys only".
Chris: He might find it advantageous to retreat to the nearest greasy spoon café and stay there until it's all over..

Radio active snow - how festive. I see the missus and I are welcome here!
Chris: Very much so - come on in!
All the doors are open to him. He had better rush in or be buried in the fake snow.
Chris: That would be a terrible thing to happen

I see you have given him two angels' wings and a halo! Yes, he is an angel of love and caring!
Such a dog- sign I saw in Stourhead gardens - yes, it is a problem with the dogs- not only in England.
Chris: Saint Bill, patron saint of sausages perhaps?

Dogs may be welcome, but are bears welcome, too? With all that snow he should be hibernating.
Chris: He should indeed: poor old thing!
My hero, has he just got up from his bed.
Chris: He is the ghost of Christmas dinners past..

Has he started the Christmas pub crawl and been spotted by a disapproving neighbour?
Chris: He does look guilty doesn't he..
This must have been taken before the strict diet when he still carried a fine set of man-boobs around with him.
Chris: Hahaha!!!
