Not kidding! I immediately thought Alan would be just around the corner.
Chris: Let us put it like this,he was there in spirit..
She certainly fits the part!
Chris: Yup - she could carry my tripod any day of the week

Two brilliant allusions, Chris - you are not just a pretty photographer
Chris: I am not a pretty photographer, have you been introducing mind-altering drugs to your nightime Horlicks Lisl?
Build your own Alan Rolfe...and they will follow??? HA! I love it, Chris.
Chris: Thank you Ginnie

What I really meant was that you are not just a pretty face, Chris
Chris: I am obliged to you Lisl

Oh, I would think nobody can beat his dear tripod carrier!
Chris: I have done my best to illustrate a similar model
Size matters
Chris: As in everything..
Bill would have to Google and find out what the 3 legged thing is.Trimbo can tell him what is carrying it.
Chris: Yes that is so Mick. Bill would also have to be told how to operate the device that is attached to the top of the tripod..

My, that's a big one! Clearly in tripods, size does matter!
Chris: It's often everything Mike..

This is only a small part of the role of tripod carrier. Essential skills are the patience of Job, an understanding of the needs of the not-quite-so-young-so-will-need-more-frequent-loo-stops, a liking for the occasional full English brekfast and supplier of cream teas on demand.
Chris: We might come to that later..
I notice she had her eyes closed.
Chris: Maybe dreaming of A R
That looks very serious smile
Chris: The carrying of heavy tripods is not to be taken lightly..

Look like she is going to be doing some serious photography
Chris: I think she was a member of a television film crew Anne
That's a mighty looking one, and the tripod as well.
Chris: I thought that too..

A real gentleman will help her carry that contraption ... after taking the photograph of her doing it. You did, eh?
Chris: Of course..
Poor woman looks as though had enough of carrying it.
Chris: I think she was in a hurry Pauline
Gotta keep up... gotta keep up... good catch.
Chris: Thank you kindly Jacquelyn
Could be a problem in Droitwich with umbrellas involved as well
Chris: Very much so Janet
Surely Alan is far too much of a gentleman to allow a lady to carry his tripod?
Chris: You must be joking!

I bet her husband said ''will you help me carry the kit''.
Chris: That is a remote possibility Mr Trim

She looks as if she is running to catch a train.
Chris: Actually running to meet Nick Clegg at a photo opp in Bristol

When did you hire this lady to carry your tripod, man alive, do you see those arm muscles... I would agree in everything she says grin....
Great shot BTW.
Chris: She is meant to represent the Sage of Scumsville's celebrated tripod carrier Astrid. Without one of these we cannot build a spare Alan Rolfe..
