Very good, Squire.

Reminds me to inform you that a Pommie bloke has opened a small bakery in our lane, and is selling Pork Pies and Cornish Pasties.

I have never seen anyone buying thing in the shop, but I sometimes see the Pommie bloke sitting at a small table and doing Internet stuff with his laptop computer.

I went in the other day, to buy a couple of things for Na and Mawin to try, but couldn't find anyone there to take my order even though I called out loudly three times.
Chris: I expect he's Bill's brother, out the back eating all the stuff he's made..

Not heard of these before; I see they have branches in Salisbury and Portsmouth but Scumsville is perhaps too upmarket for such delights? She looks like a nice scrubber.
Chris: She is a Polish polisher, a fine young lady with the right work ethic. Scumsville has a better branch of Spud U Like than Bath with ever have..
the shop looks clean enough to eat off of the floor...
good candid shot Chris... she's a sweetie....petersmile
Chris: And she didn't mind me taking her picture either Peter

Cleaniless is the first rule to run such a shop- I read the word 'Cornish'- could I order a Cornish Pasty, please?
Chris: They sell the best pasties in Bath but you can't call them Cornish unless they are actually made in Cornwall
Good looking cakes.
Chris: Good looking everything!

Yes, she appears to be well scrubbed Tiff.
Chris: Very much so Chad but I would ask you not to read too much Into the comment of the Rt Hon member for Scumsville Central

Nice ....
Chris: You would say that..
I know this chain well, Chris. Philine is totally right about the naming of Cornish pasties.
Chris: Thank you Pauline
Is cleanliness still next to godliness, I wonder?
Chris: I think it is Mary

Why not wearing a bonnet made of choice linen to cover her blond hairs? It can look very charming as I saw in some caf├ęs and shops.
Chris: Bonnets are a bit twee Philine!

Good candid shot Chris
Chris: Thank you Anne, nice friendly girl, happy to pose
Those cakes in the showcase look rather appetising, I'll be careful what i say about the young lady.
Chris: Just ditto would suffice..
You are starting to become interchangeable with comrade Trim.
Chris: No I'm not, my mind is as pure as the frozen snow, or peas, or something
Is this next to Godliness, it looks very nice
Chris: It looks absolutely lovely Frank, I could not deny that..
It's good to know you keep your mind on higher things, Chris smile
Chris: Very much so Tom
