The left tin? Or the right tin? Either way, I hope Salmond ends up with a booody nose - I can't stand the arrogance of him.
Chris: Neither can I: horrible little man!

.... I hope the politicians know what they are doing, sigh. Future will tell.
I bet this veteran can tell stories like nobody else. Great shot.
Chris: It looks as if he was a professional soldier in his past life Astrid

He is about to sing out:

"Give us a Y
Give us an E
Give us a YES!"
Chris: Perhaps he is
Good one, Chris!
Chris: Thank you Elizabeth
If he isn't in Scotland he won't get to vote.
Chris: Taken in Edinburgh last week

I'm not sure which party he will support- veterans from both sides, from the Yes- and No- party, were mobilised. The older people -as I read in our newspaper- preferred often the no-party consiering the unknowns.
It is a moving picture, old and new times come together. I wonder that Lidl and Aldi are as present in GB as in our country?
Chris: Lidl & Aldi are commonly seen in the UK these days Philine

A fine looking old gentleman Tiff, and he seems to be doing good charitable fund raising.
Chris: He is perhaps raising money to provide rainwear for the citizens of Droitwich Spa Chad
I wonder about the situation here. Is he begging or is he taking a poll? He is sharply dressed and has a large ring, shiny shoes and an electric wheelchair so does not look destitute. Puzzling but very good shot of the elder soldier.
Chris: Collecting for charity Mary

You mean is it Lidl or Aldi to shop in.
Chris: Or maybe whether to buy troosers even more gaudy than these?
Ah, bless him. Wonder which way he voted, if at all.
Chris: Oh I'm sure he'd vote alright Pauline!

Not long before we find out now.
Chris: Indeed so Anne. I think I'm right in remembering you as Scottish by ancestry, so I'm sure you have a strong opinion even if you cannot vote
Whatever his feelings he is obviously proud of being a Scotsman and his times fighting for our U.K.going by that rake of medals.
Chris: Certainly so Brian: thank you
Is "Lidle" Gaelic for "Yes"? smile
Chris: Err..I'll pass on that one Tom
