Nice with the sepia...
Chris: Just for a change Larry
This treatment suites the Georgian architectural style of the city well Chris....petersmile
Chris: I was hoping so: thank you Peter
A sepia vision of Bath on a rare rain free day
Chris: It rarely if ever rains in Bath, our climate is equivalent to a south sea island..

I recall to have had this impressive view on Bath while we crossed Bathampton and other outskirts of Bath ...Why sepia treatment why not mellow yellow colouring to enhance the sunny Bathian stone?
Chris: The sepia is simply a little exercise Philine. The view is taken from near the bottom of Bathwick Hill looking north towards Lansdown. The church, St Stephen's, top right, where you can just see the top of the tower, was our parish church from childhood & school days

The treatment adds to the picture. What a grand view. I read your reply to Philine.
Have a great weekend smile
Chris: As an honorary Bathonian you will recognise this Astrid!

I think we have seen this very before; it was more colourful then, though.it has a aged feel - just like the photographer.
Chris: Whaddyamean - the photographer is young and fit!!

Nice view, one could get rid of the trees and put up a tower block smile
Chris: Well one could but..
The hills upon which Bath is built are certainly very steep.
Chris: Yes they are Brian, Bath is surrounded by them
