You have done a few extensions since May, Chris, and remodelled the garden...
Chris: Well you don't think I just sit here twiddling my thumbs & thinking about strategies to chase even more gals do you Ray??!
This is a house that has someone with a very green thumb living in it Chris...

It sort of reminded me of the house we visited (stooges and I) on the day of the royal wedding ...do you remember ?
Chris: I do indeed. It is the sort of place that should be reserved for party-leaders
With a new bench too
Chris: Naturally!

Ah.. the first time I've seen your property. Is that a new bench I see? look slightly afferent to your old one. What a delightful place you have.
Chris: I took this updated picture of my hice from the grinds. If the place starts to get tatty the remedy is simple, merely employ more staff..

a modern Manor House with Garden owned by the new nobility in our business society - like the other visitors I, too, see the new bench, not very comfortable though. I hope it will be droitwiching enough and often to water this big garden!
Chris: This beautiful place Philine is Colton Fishacre

Un lieu bien paisible o√Ļ il doit y faire bon d'habiter...
Chris: Indeed so Joelle: thank you
What a pad! The garden looks a delight but one you would be working in constantly to keep it up.
Chris: I think if you could afford to live here you'd have staff Mary..
Now that is my type of garden, but what a lot of work must be required to keep it in such good shape
Chris: I don't know how many staff the NT employ here Martin. Lots I suspect because this garden is vastly bigger than the little bit I've shown here

A reminder of a wonderful day in Devon... another beautiful photo of Coleton Fishacre. Loving your photography, Chris!
Chris: You are too too kind!
I love your picture of Coleton Fishacre. What a beautiful house and garden this is and in such a lovely spot above the river Dart.
Chris: Worth a day out of anyone's life Suzanne, and pretty easy to get to from Somerset
This really does look a beautiful place to visit Chris, lovely gardens for it to stand in.
Chris: It's gorgeous with a capital G Brian!
How many gardeners do you employ, Chris? It's a lovely spot!
Chris: Several dozen, the garden is vast
