Catch yer later, Dude...I'll just follow along with the gal with the big hair...
Chris: Aint she cute! The others inhabit a different world
This is a wonderful mural Chris... i like the way that you framed it with the old couple... him trying to show that he is looking the other waysmile ....petersmile
Chris: Precisely - he wants none of that new-age stuff in his life!

She is certainly looking towards another land, Chris. It's a lovely mural
Chris: This is Glastonbury Lisl, where worlds collide..

I'm pleased to see that the chap has averted his gaze from such temptation in the covered walkway.
Chris: Indeed - just imagine the carnage were he to be siezed with rampant carnal desires whilst out shopping with his wife

Ah, Glastonbury "where worlds collide", but here in black and white - my memory, sorry is a bit more colourful despite rain - can I see the Tor and the Holy Grail?
Chris: You can see both Philine: in Glastonbury it can be difficult escape the attentions of either icon
The company was set up in 1990 by Margaret Kimber who was well known as an ethnic clothes designer. In 2009 it was taken over by new owners, one of whom had been working with Margaret for number of years.

We are located in the heart of historic Glastonbury, Somerset with it's famous Abbey founded in the 7th century and magnificent Tor which represents the entrance to Avalon, the land of the fairies.

The company is still a family run business with all the stock, where possible, being sourced from ethical and fair trade suppliers. We are increasingly developing our fair trade clothes from Gringo and Nomads, and eco fibre including hemp, bamboo and organic cotton from Braintree, as well as beautiful and distinctive clothing from Bohemia and Heart. We are also expanding our selection of handmade handicrafts from around the world. Too many to mention here, if you want to see more, you are welcome to visit our shop ...every visit reveals something new.
Chris: I don't believe a word of it!

I see Bill has gone off on one! I doubt if you popped in for some fair trade clothes from Gringo and Nomads - you only wanted some Shamanic Healing at the Bridget Healing Centre as favoured by Nicholas Cage!
Chris: No - what I wanted was to take this picture of two colliding worlds just off Glasto's high street
nice shot. you rendered quite well what could be a tricky exposure smile
Chris: Thank you Ayush: I had to adjust the shot a little to compensate

A female wandering naked in the countryside should be treated with caution Tiff.
Chris: Indeed so Chad: if I encountered such a person I would pass on the other side of the street, or bush..
Needs a small boy to point out that the empress has no clothes
Chris: That is so John: thank you
It's a wonderful mural and photo, Chris. Typical of Glastonbury.
Chris: Very much so Pauline, it could hardly be anywhere else
She is about to be healed.
Chris: I hope so Mary
I wonder what the reaction of the old folks will be...
Chris: Oh - they're used to this sort of thing in Glastonbury Larry
Nice concept Chris!
Chris: Glad you like it Ronky
Fairyland perhaps?
Chris: Merely Glastonbury, a quiet little Somerset town Tom
This is very nice in B&W
Chris: Thank you Elizabeth: I tried it in colour but it didn't work very well
