The local Droitwichers are wandering in a confused manner...something is wrong...the pavement is not ankle-deep in brine!
Chris: It will be..
Fortunately rain clouds are on the horizon...
Chris: Reassuring isn't it Larry
Wish we could get some of those rain clouds...
Chris: I wish we could send some..

Are there no cars in Droitwich, no wonder they can be in the middle of the road...
Chris: It is too dangerous for cars Astrid, they might get washed away

and no umbrellas? It could be raining, indeed, for we are in UK. There might be some interesting detail we are forbidden to look at! Bill may notice the gutteridge along the wall- but the professor may be aspiring higher things.
Chris: The professor is looking for the quickest route out of town Philine

Is this the 'who can stand in the middle of the road the longest' competition Tiff?
Chris: Yes it is Chad, it was won by the late W J Phillips (no relation)

sorry: aspiring to higher things. (My English teacher said that my prepositions need some 'repairing'!)
Chris: Quite so Philine
Bill must be having a senior moment.Who am I , where am I.
Chris: Poor old thing - gone to seed

Is this Michael Neil (famous Droitwich Wedding and portrait photographer) wondering where he left his studio whilst Bill watches in amusement?
Chris: Bill looks reassuringly blank in this photographic masterpiece Mike
Well it is Droitwich, no rain of course
Chris: Yeah but look at that sky!

Looks dry.. for now. Is this the calm before the storm? There some light Driotwiching today in Scotland.
Chris: The calm before the ceiling fell in Alan. Here in the effete south we have wall to wall sunshine, as we did yesterday
I feel sorry for the bus drivers, all those folks trying to end it all.
Chris: Your concern is touching John. If you ever have the privilege to meet W J Phillips (no relation) he could show you how to dramatically alter the quality of your photographs
Now what are they up to! love the floor patterns though!
Chris: Pretty aren't they, the floor patterns..
Looking for rain, are they? They look a bit stunned at finding none.
Chris: They have been hypnotised to believe that Droitwich is paradise
The bewildered brothers on tour...
Chris: What a pair!

Is this Bill and his Dad?
Chris: Bill & the preacher
executive priest & and angel eh? wonder about the suitcase contents...
Chris: Conjouring tricks or sandwiches I expect
The clouds are looming........waiting to catch out the locals grin
Chris: They're used to it, they've all grown fins..

Wheres the car ?? Up there or down here ??
Chris: A good question Shane
What's going on?
Chris: They are in Droitwich looking at a wall and waiting for it to rain

What! no wet and rain?
Chris: It will soon arrive Anne, it is stored poised in that beautifully Photoshopped sky..
We had the worst Droitwich weather imaginable whilst driving to Bakewell on Monday, so bad we had to stop! This is quite fair by comparison.
