Careful! It will poke a hole in your lens!

Rather better than my pathetic effort with this obvious photo-opportunity, Chris.
Chris: I am obliged to you ole thing
Oooh good one!
Chris: Well it was an experiment that worked Elizabeth..
Now this is a well spotted image. I would call it " Straight to the point" excellent work Chris.
Chris: Thank you Scotia. this place with its long nose just called out for a shot like this

Wow - this thing is longer than Richard' pointing finger (oh, to be honest, I'm so glad not to have visited this planes' exhibition)
Chris: Do they frighten you Philine? In any case had you been there you would not have been required to see a single one

This is a fine piece of engineering Tiff, I expect that it is not a thou' out.
Chris: Too damn true Chad
A fine proboscis Chris
Chris: And how strong & flexible it must have to be to stay like this when the thing is careering about the skies at high speed!
I took an almost identical picture to this on a previous trip to Cosford. Sadly mine was rubbish
Chris: I have steady hands, a by product of having lead a blameless life

Is this for plane jousting? We really need to revise our tactics!
Chris: Agreed - we need to be more up to date
cracking hole my friend!
Chris: Glad you like it JC
What am I looking at. It reminds me of a bullet but I suspect that the average camera's shutter speed would not catch a speeding bullet so perfectly.
Chris: This is the tip of a pointy bit at the front of an aircraft

Imagine that penetrating an orifice! I wonder if it's a refueling probe?
Chris: I really don't know Alan - could be!
Well done, Chris, my effort got deleted...:-(
Chris: It was just waiting to be done by someone or other Frank..
I would hate to have that poking me...
Chris: Err..so would I Larry
