vivid colours here Chris. excellent shot!
Chris: Thank you kindly Ayush
All those different shades make this a lovely place to be surrounded by them. I'm sure the bird feeder in the garden will be well visited.
Chris: Certainly so Scotia: thank you

a real idyll - yes, chocciebox of the finest - and old merry England as we tourists love it - this could be the lovely cottage where Alan recently stayed at to enjoy his holidays - I miss only the sheep grazing along a drystone wall. Chocciebox pictures are balsam for the soul!
Chris: They are indeed just that thing Philine, this wonderful place is at Bibury, Gloucestershire - a pretty tourist trap

Can I have the strawberry creme, please? Merry olde England at its finest. I should think properties like this cost a bob or two.
Chris: If "a bob or two" could be translated upwards into the millions of pounds sterling I think you would be dead right about that. Those seeking solitude had best avoid this place though, nestling as it does on the main road at Bibury in Gloucestershire, a tourist trap for gawpers in their tens of thousands daily
Oh, I love apple blossom time. This is gorgeous!
Chris: It was taken at the perfect time of year Mary

You have just proved him wrong, Chris, and may you continue in this mode - it is very nice. Good that you had a Master to teach you
Chris: Thank you Lisl, I live in the shadow of W J Phillips's genius

Very pretty indeed
Chris: How would you like to live in a place like this Anne?
Indeed you are a worthy competitor in the 'chocciebox' stakes Chris. Bibury is on my 'must visit' list, this is really pretty.
Chris: You would like it Brian
Needs about 200% saturation to make a real choccie-box smile
Chris: Oh heck - clearly I am not in the same league as the celebrated WJP Tom..
