Is that Trimbo, the bloke not the donkey.
Chris: Yes that's Trimmykins alright, fit for nothing but the knacker's yard these days..
creatures in need of a rest!
Chris: We were in Clovelly last week Sarah, these donkeys traditionally pulled produce on sledges up the steep main street. The person attempting to make contact is the one & only Richard Trim

Ha Ha

At least the one with his tongue out will go there with appropriate dignity, heh.
Chris: Oh yes Ray, the two beasts have great dignity

Pity about the old bloke..
Awe- Trim has a soft spot - I always knew it!
Those little donkeys don't look like they should be giving anybody rides... especially with the belly strap so close to the groin... smile
Chris: One can only hope they lead a pampered life Elizabeth

Who is the young man with his pet donkey, Chris?
Chris: It is none other than master lothario Richard Trim Lisl
How long did you have to coax him before he stuck his tongue out, Chris??? grin
Chris: Trim will poke his tongue out at any given opportunity Ginnie..
So true
Chris: Knackered isn't he..

Great shot but these animals should be walking free in a meadow. I always feel sorry for them.
I agree with Elizabeth.
Chris: I agree Astrid: Trim should be put out to grass permanently

Oh, the gentle Richard! I agree with Elizabeth! 'Knacker' is a kind of sausage in German and 'ein alter Knacker' is an old (with cracking bones) grumpy boy' -there must be a difference in the meaning of this English word.
Chris: There is a considerable difference Philine: in English the knacker's yard is where animals go to be recycled

What a geat image chris......they still use a donkey in so parts of stroud to deliver stuff
Chris: I didn't know that: thank you Shane
Richard must have been quite rude to the poor old thing for it to stick it's tongue out at him. And to be whacking the poor thing on the head, there is no excuse! (grin)
Chris: The donkey was expressing its considered opinion on Mr Trim's fixation with women Mary..

Yes, the Trim seems not so trim any more, or he is just in high spirits following a successful raid on the local.
If I were him, I would watch out for that donkey's tongue.
Chris: It could give him a severe lashing Louis..
Ahhh. Just love donkeys and support the donkey sancturies whenever possible. Sweet shot Chris
Chris: I often go to the one near Sidmouth Janet, it is a fine place
That is a very ambiguous title Chris smile BTW is Lord Trim coming on the 11th.?
Chris: He will be granting us an audience on the day Brian

Poor things if they have to give rides along those cobblestones
Chris: And put up with Mr Trim lecturing them..
... oh I hope not...
Chris: The donkeys are fine Larry, I was referring to your friend & mine R Trim

LOL... three asses together. One is showing his feeling for Mr T. Were these your means of travel for your recently foray to distant parts of the Empire?
Chris: Not at all, we had, in fact, chauffer driven luxury - or Chad's car, to put it more succinctly
Trimbo needs to feel a younger jenny, could help put a spring back in his step.
Chris: Or kill him, but he would have the opportunity to expire with a smile on his lovely face..
Aw...such a sweet image of the gentleman with the gentle touch, Chris.
Chris: This is Richard Trim, the living legend Bev..

It's the softly softly back of the hand caress that is so effective Chris. You are the master at work at catching such a poignant image and so full of empathy
