A LEGEND REVEALED

This is a side to modern constructivism the public rarely has the privilige of seeing - it is W J Phillips' legendary twiddling kit.  With skillful use of these instruments he can deftly turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Or in other words good stuff into complete rubbish..

I had a feeling I was doing it all wrong...my kit lacks several essential gwarbits...
Chris: I have to tell you Ray err...you are very good, but not in the same league as my esteemed colleague
I have no idea what that stuff is... for some reason it conjures up the "torture kit" featured in some horror flicks...
Chris: Hence my allusion to Mr Phillips's offerings..
This looks quite interesting Chris... i was sure that W J Phillips would have had some strange stuff in his twiddling kit box... good find....petersmile
Chris: He is a 21st century legend - as you are soon to find out for yourselves. I insist you get him to take you to the Clent Hills cafe

Very good Chris - if this is what one needs for HDR I am better off without it. Looks like various electro-stimulus probes that I cannot even guess the need for!!!
Chris: There's a part of me that wishes I had never posted this grisly picture..

Hhaah!! So that's how he does it. Does it require bolts of lightning to produce such work?
Chris: It does indeed, and the slaughter of many virgins.

He'd best not look for the latter in Bath..
My box of tricks only holds a level.
Chris: No one can compete with W J Phillips Mary, don't even try to..
Dr Phillips and his wonderful medicine show? smile
Chris: A miracle of technique..
Tools to attempt another Frankenstein?
Chris: His pictures do suggest that don't they Pauline..

I thought this was one of those emergency headlight travel kits that you need when driving in France.
Chris: Very interesting Mr Trim, how long have you been having these interesting day dreams?
now I understand it all, Chris
Chris: Obvious isn't it
Very interesting piece of kit, gets the mind working Chris.
Chris: Yes it does

Now I know why my Lightroom efforts fail so miserably, I haven't got these plug-ins!
Chris: Only the chosen ones have these Brian, which fortunately excludes me..

Chris: Quite so Tom, only the elite ever get their pilot's licence for one of these..
It works then...
Chris: It works far too well Frank..
"Yikes - Scotia/Hamish, are you back for good?" Don't have much new material these days Chris sad have become lazy and use the phone for snaps these days. Spend most of my spare time with the grandchildren. Will have a look and see what I can come up with LOL. Great to see so many still posting.
Chris: Take pictures with your phone then Scotia, that still counts as photography
