It is amazing how this place attracts rain.
I noticed that nobody eats chicken here, does that mean they all eat Bacon Butties around here?
Chris: They live entirely on a diet of bacon butties & sausages Astrid..
That's kind of funny!
Chris: If you ever get to Droitwich Elizabeth I suggest you take good rainwear

Chris: Thank you Ayush

Oh, you can "das arme Dier kriegen" or get depressive due to this permanent weather and the fact that we all are fragile beings getting older and older. But the man is laughing like you!
Chris: He's just glad he's not real Philine..

We should make the Bath City councilors eat there at least once a week so they can reflect on their folly.
Chris: One of their many...

They say that we are an ageing population Tiff. I'm not sure, I think we are staying the same and everything else is getting younger. Love the grumpy poster over the wall.
Chris: I am younger today than I was yesterday Chad - so beat that for a bunch of parsnips!
Great shot Chris, the colonel looks to be grimacing with sympathy at the older folks struggle......................through the water grin
Chris: Terrible isn't it..
Every face reflects the weather, Chris.
Chris: It certainly does Pauline, you can see how happy they are
My first laugh of the day. The poor Colonel. I would have my rubber boots (wellies?) on.
Chris: I expect they have worn their wellies out
NOw that is a bag I recognise Chris!
Chris: I am glad to hear that Ronke

Mere drizzle, Bill...that hardly qualifies as rain IMHO.
Chris: Indeed. This picture signifies good weather in Droitwich
Could it be there is somewhere more depressing than Blackpool ? Your pic's of it are making me wonder, Chris
Chris: Actually this is taken in Bath but the spirit is dedicated to Droitwich Spa, home of energetic twiddling & sausage diets

The Colonel's miserable face suits this quite well. Was this shot a possible entry for your Crumpet Tuesday series?
Chris: The face is similar to your own as you cycle to work every Monday morning

I don't think Droitwich has ever had so much publicity!
Chris: Maybe you should take a holiday there Penny

The old and infirm should be released of the duty to live here. They have paid their debt to society.
Chris: Quite so Louis

Like the way you caught second lady in midstep. Great street photography!
Chris: Thank you Bonnie
Love the juxtaposition of the two old dears and the grimacing face in the background!
Chris: It fills the heart with joy doesn't it Tom..
I note there seems to be a lack of young people in Droitwich, I shall go there and redress the balance smile
Chris: You do that Brian, I'm sure it would be appreciated by one and all
On location in appropriately named Bath
Chris: Err..Bath is the epicentre of wonderful ness where it rarely precipitates
KFC looks very inviting (irony)
Chris: It looks so wonderful due to my exquisite Photoshop skills
The Colonel doesn't approve of elderly ladies having to venture out in the cold and rain - they should go and try his chicken.
Chris: I suspect they have urgent shopping to do Sheila
Even the Colonel looks sick, but perhaps that's just over indulgence with his own produce smile
Chris: The very thought of which makes me potentially ill..
