Bung its favourite sofa in here, Chris, and Ratty would feel quite at home.

Ah.. I though we were in the baronial hall of Tiff Towers for a moment. I had visions of you sat on the throne. Moving swiftly on...It's a very impressive ceiling.
Chris: It is world renowned Alan, a pity that Scumsville does not have its own cathedral or abbey - which it should do if the place is a city. I'm confused..

After 14 years of living in Bath I actually made it inside last year - it is almost as good on the inside as it is on the outside. In another 14 I might make the Roman Baths....
Chris: Having discovered the entrance to the Abbey is free I actually make myself go inside from time to time to atone for my lifetime of absence from this glorious place

Love the light and a great ceiling. I remember the Abby, very impressive interior.
Alan has a lot of imagination wink
Chris: Alan is a wonderful human being Astrid: I haven't the heart to tell him my house is far grander than this..
Wondrously beautiful
Chris: It certainly is: I am trying my best not to take this sort of thing for granted
How gorgeous this is, Chris. Were you brought up in this church?
Chris: Not in this one Mary but I've known it all my life
The interior is certainly inspiring, Chris. I can imagine many eyes taking it all in during Sunday services.
Chris: Very much so Bev: the first King of England was crowned here in AD 973
What a wonderful ceiling, on our only visit to Bath many years ago we never went inside, we will correct that should we venture your way again.
Chris: It's free entry Brian
Lovely fan vaulting!
Chris: One of the very best I believe Tom
An impressive presentation, Chris.
