a wonderful cover of a baptismal font! Where we are?
Chris: We are in Wells Cathedral Philine. Wells, as you know, is close to Bath. I often go there to visit a supermarket and enjoy free parking, which allows a leisurely visit to the city and its lovely cathedral
Magnifique !
On n'en voit plus beaucoup ..
Bonne journée
Chris: I am obliged to you Claudine. This picture was taken in Wells Cathedral

I feel that my Sunday morning of Reading the Sunday papers drinking good strong coffee and listening to fine classical music on Radio 3 has been hit by hit by a verbal Tsunami of vociferous gobbledygook from a certain Christopher Phillips. Thank goodness I am going for a walk on Southwold beach this morning
Chris: I have just seen a steam hauled train (34046 Braunton) running through the Avon Valley on its way to lovely Kingswear. And as a result, without artificial stimulants, except coffee, I feel all is well with the world

It looks quite grand but that's fitting for the location which I have leant to be Wells Cathedral.
Chris: The cover befits the location I think..

Mr Trim's day sounds delightful.
Chris: Yes it does. I wish I could transport myself to Southwold beach and walk along it with him..
What a magnificent font cover.
Chris: Lovely isn't it, age unknown

My fibre optic internet connection is supposed to give speeds of between 59 and 72 Mbps. Lately it has become exceedingly erratic with speeds as low as less than 1 to about 30
Chris: You need to talk to someone. I suggest your router might be on the blink..
So resembling a crown, I would not have inagined a covering for a baptismal font.
Chris: Thank you Mary
Eye catching Cover / lid.
Chris: I was definitely attracted to it..
Very nice, and very regal looking!
Chris: Yes it certainly is, very pleasing
