"Dr Livingston?"
Chris: I think he's considering stalking deer rather than women Ray..
There's a wonderful variety of colors in this candid!
Chris: Street-life in the rain usually produces something of interest Elizabeth

Chris: Utterly Astrid - I could watch them for hours

Actually I do..

I recall to have seen this photo - a nice, harmonious scene despite Bathian-Droitwichian weather- he is the hardy, stoic Englishman we all are admiring.
Chris: He is indeed Philine, stoic and unperturbed in his fine deerstalker hat. This is a new picture, you will not have seen it before - but maybe one taken at the same location
I bet she's telling him "I FOUND IT!" grin (Do I dare say again that this is so English.)
Chris: Absolutely Ginnie
Why is she wearing a sleeping bag?
Chris: Because he is so boring

Sorry, Chris, it must be his Englishness that I thought to have met him before!
Chris: I'm sure there are plenty like him around Philine..

Having a Eureka moment I suspect!
Chris: Yes - he finally realises he prefers deer to women

Im trying to imagine the conversation between these two: "Why is Droitwich always so wet?"
Chris: Or "Why do you insist on wearing a hat like that?"

I think that he is an expert Tiff, an expert at all things meteorological. She is asking him how long the blasted rain is going to continue.
Chris: And he assures her it will never end..
Eureka! love the colours here Chris
Chris: Wonderful aren't they Ronky
Love his facial expression and hands behind his back stance. Candid shots like this are becoming your specialty, Chris.
Chris: I have time to do this sort of thing now I'm free of work obligations Bev
Still summer then....?
Chris: Ooh yes!

Sometimes I wonder. But I know the shop in the background is in Bath, 13 Cheap Street and they sell silver jewellery and gifts. The Jamuna Indian Cuisine right next door is a good one.

Neat hat, he must be a rector in the abbey across the street.
Chris: He could be anything Louis!
Is it a Eureka moment?
Chris: He probably realises he prefers deer to women..
She's probably saying something, prompted by the name of the shop, like 'Do you remember when we had that Eureka moment 45 years ago when you took me for a walk over the common that Sunday afternoon?'
Chris: That is a distinct possibility Brian

Nice bright colours despite the rain
Chris: We are always happy in Bath Anne
The gentleman is obviously accustomed to the monsoon and takes little notice of a little drizzle smile
Chris: To him it is nothing..
