Lol, a water filled sky! This rather sums up Britain these last few weeks. Welcome to Shutterchance.
Chris: Thank you pixelpixie. Water is of course in the sky in the form of clouds but in this image we see not just vapour, as you rightly observe but the real thing. I wondered if this would make any difference.

That is a superb photograph. dark and moody yet conveying natural beauty albiet in a pond (I suppose) which could easily be oil not water. By flipping the image vertically it gives it a somewhat other worldly feel.
Chris: Thanks Chad. This is an amalgam of the elements: water, sky, earth - even plants. It's all there in the natural world. I am simply posing the question of whether or not it makes any difference if the context in which these things are observed is altered somewhat.
Very strange effect - I like !!
Chris: Thank you.
This seems to be upside down. Welcome to shutterchance
