Wonderful portrait smile
Chris: Thank you CherryPie. This was taken in Sherborne on a day out
Dommage que tu n'aies pas mis les noms de ces deux personnes.
Chris: My apologies Martine, these are Shutterchancers Astrid and Ginnie

You couldn't have caught them better, Chris
Chris: Very kind of you to say Lisl
Awwww. Thank you, Sir Tiff. We had such a great time out with you that day...and that pub lunch is one of my fondest memories. Since Astrid and I usually share our lunches, we had double the pleasure with carbonara (Astrid) and pulled pork with chicken breast (Ginnie)...with cider, of course. smile
Chris: It was a delightful and memorable day Ginnie

Typical animated conversation v=between the two of them. I like your choice of meal; don't let your chips get cold.
Chris: I ate them hot!

Having a great time, it shows, Chris. There is something about eating in a pub, we both love it and the food was extremely good as so was the company smile Thank you for this wonderful day out and we have good memories from it!
Chris: Thank you Grandma, it was a great day out we all had

I see that you went for the healthy option Tiff.
Chris: Steak 'n' chips Chad
Lovely snap of them Chris
Chris: Un-posed - always the best
I think they might like each other.
Chris: There is a possibility
This is a fine shot of our two ladies from Dutchland, also of the delicious food as well.
Chris: Thank you Brian

So this is good, honest fare from the Digby Tap. I'm glad they've kept the characterful tables.
Chris: One day you and I will eat a VAST PIE here Penny

So you were the designated driver. How times have changed. For the rest, your choice looks the better one, but - onion rings they can keep (the meal would arrive quicker) and the peas (although I like them, chasing them with a fork in a public place, is daunting).

So what were the two women fighting about? Just pass them the salt, it may calm the nerves.
Chris: I didn't eat my onion rings Louis but I did eat the peas, carefully, one by one..
good portrait of our friends Chris... your plate seems to have more food on it than theirsgrin
....petersmile
Chris: Yes it does Peter, but only temporarily..
Ladies who lunch! What a wonderful shot, Chris! It does capture them so well!
