Great to see you like this.....
I made it back fine in Danmark.....erm...Amsterdam, have a great day, I know my life will never be the same again, thanks again my dear friends.
Chris: Ha - we knew your life would change Astrid. Hopefully for the better!
I have never looked so environmentally friendly!
Chris: To me you look fabulously disposable!

I prefer the old red ones, there a bit more photogenic but luckily you got two fashion models to brighten them up.
Chris: Redundant models more like Aussie

Today I'm feeling, sorry, a little excluded from the British Compagny of Communication, but it doesn't matter! Bill looks friendly and optimistic- as ever - yourself look very serious and deeply sad, up one minute (yesterday), down the next (today? Himmelhochjauchzend-zu Tode betrübt? That might/should not be !) - a bit you look like Gorbatschow with the mark on your forehead! -I very have to admire the photo-processing! That is the work of the profi! Are you working in a Call-Center- so many telephones from "golden times"!
Chris: We are exhibits in a telephonic museum Philine: relics of the past
Highly original. I see you have moved your speaking tube up to your forehead, Chris. Bill is half hiding. LOL
Chris: Thank you Sheila LOL!
I take it none of the items in this picture are on the scrap heap as yet Chris, but I am assuming these boxes, at least, are now out of use smile
Chris: Everything in the picture is on the scrapheap Brian

The message of your pic (although not having understood every techical detail; LOL at Sheila!)is: the best communication is and will ever be always the direct, living one from face to face, from mouth to mouth as even experienced between you, the two musceteers and the three sotooges. -Bill was so nice to give some explanations today about the place, and after having googled s.v. "Clent Hills" I now can better imagine the location of your glorious baconbutties food consumption! -In order to return to the pic theme -is there a Baconbuttie -Service in GB like Pizza Service in my country, too, - one telephone call and the food may have been arrived! If- please the phone nummer!
Chris: This photograph Philine is of Lord Clench & myself at the 'Droitwich Museum Of Telephonic Ghastliness.' We have been offered jobs posing as members of the public in the kiosks there.

There could not possibly be a door to door delivery service of Clent Hills type bacon butties in your country because there are no lorries large enough to carry them!

Oh, now finally I have understood all your and other's sentences! It would have happened a little quicklier in my mind if you had depictured one of the nostalgic redphoneboxes or given some informations for me silly! Therefore you are looking like a waxfigure from the Madame Tussaut museum! I would like to lock up you in one of them for 24 hours, hé hoor only water and bread! (later on one giant baconbuttie in order to feed you up again!) Sorry, if my words are too bad today!
Chris: Not a problem Philine: how can a sensible German lady like yourself be expected to keep up with this torrent of British nonsense! You do very well - as indeed did Astrid

Just received your email Mr P, regarding your predicament of being locked inside a telephone box with some silver elephant tape. Very fortuitous of you taking the laptop inside.

Hhmmm.... yes, it must be frustrating now that you're all alone, and the cold evening is starting to bite, what with no long johns or a string vest as protection.

I'd love to help you out, but I'm hosting a swingers party this evening for some Labour party members who must, for obvious reasons remain annonymous. I would certainly be happy to drive over to help you out, but Gordon and Alister would be so peeved with me.

Anyway, hope it doesn't get too cold tonight, I'll be in touch
Chris: Thank you Paul: I shall spend the night making sign language conversation with the bloke in the other box in the hope we can agree a rescue plan...
I'm not sure I like the idea of being disposable. Relic is OK though.
Chris: Ok ok we'll keep you and convert you into something else. Now let me see...
Is there really a National Telephone Kiosk Collection? I suppose in Britain there would have to be!
Chris: In Bromsgrove Ian: you couldn't make it up!
The pictures arouse nostalgia, these days you never see them anymore phones and telephone booths can be seen nor to the more, perhaps you can find these models in any museumsmile
Funny to dream away for a whilesmile
Chris: Oh yes Sussi: it is good to bathe in nostalgic waters awhile between the tribulations of life
I'm happy to see this palyful spirit. Great. Great.
Chris: Oh thank you so much Albert: I knew you would appreciate this...

"it is good to bathe in nostalgic waters awhile between the tribulations of life"- what for a beautiful English expression! Viktor (Nostalgia) should read these words and would love them, too! In this way your photoblog today has ended with poetry!
Chris: That is a very nice & soothing saying Philine: I need it at the moment because it is 6:10am and I am about to go to work for twelve hours
My favourite is the egg and red coloured one...I can remeber using one like this....strange...am I looking like one of these.....
Chris: I hope you don't look like one of these Aksel!
Why do you look like carboard cutouts??
Chris: Because that is what we are
