A hint of how the movie might have looked if the creator had chosen green rather blue for his critters.
Chris: Green is the colour of spring, of fecundity, of old folks trying to be young again

That sort of thing..
Ha, ha..I know where you've been...I hope they paid before. A good selection of photo's in the 'Guardian' of this event today, Chris.https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/gallery/2018/may/01/may-day-celebrations-in-glastonbury-in-pictures
Chris: Brilliant - thank you Frank!
Well, whatever floats your boat!
Chris: It certainly floats mine Elizabeth. Glastonbury at Beltane is like nothing else in on this planet..
Ils sont tous vert, ils sont malades... Jolie photo.
Chris: They are green and happy in Glastonbury yesterday Martine
Did you have to pay for this display, Chris???? grin
Chris: Noo Ginnie!

This was Glastonbury yesterday. Everybody in town - even the police - dress in greenery for this springtime custom

Wow, Chris. Frank shared a great link to this "celebration". A wonderful portrait of these 3 people. No we hope that everybody paid for their car to park.
Chris: I left my car in the supermarket car park, after having shopped there yesterday Astrid. Glastonbury on days such as this gives me great joy, it presents to the world the vision that the UK isn't all dreary and conformist

Haha - oh, we are in Bath at its best! Adam and his young and old wife!
Chris: Beltane at Glastonbury yesterday Philine. The whole place is a green carnival

Oh dear oh dear! Had they just been in some fairground ride and got off feeling quite sick? I trust that you were suitably coloured and attired so as to blend in.
Chris: Yes I was naked and painted green from head to toe. Nobody noticed

They are all looking green about the gills Tiff.
Chris: I expect today they are feeling like fish out of water Chad

I really really do like this, Chris
Chris: You should have come with me to Glasto yesterday Lisl
The one in the middle looks like Lesley Joseph who was in Birds of a feather
Chris: So she does!
I have to go to Glasto one day Chris.
Chris: You might never leave afterwards..

Oh yes, yesterday was May Day. Old hippies still trying to fit in somewhere. Those who believe in the saps of trees, paint themselves in magic green. I am from Africa, we don't paint ourselves with green stuff - we smoke it or use it as surprise ingredient in cookies. And we don't wait for May 1. And it is not even 17 March, that you could get served a pint of green.

Still, all of this is so much better than sulking in bed all day long.
Chris: Don't sulk in bed Louis. May Day is the perfect occasion for old people to pretend they're young again..
Ahh. It all makes sense to me. Fabulous paint jobs, especially the woman on the right.
Chris: I could see you doing this if you resided in Glasto Mary

It would seem from your replies to others that a great time was had by all Chris. BTW did you have a green face too?
Chris: I think if I lived there I'd go the whole hog Anne, you know how mad the place is yourself. As it was my face remained radiantly pink..
some people like to get dressed up in strange costumes... what ever makes them happy Chris....petersmile
Chris: That's what I think Peter
There's an old saying, 'It takes all sorts'.
Chris: Very much so Brian..
I did not know her, she does not exist in our part, witty and funny
is this the result of eating only vegetables for too many years?

Ah the freedom to just be whatever they want to be or how they want to look.
