Cripes, Chris...the masses are shunning the fruit!

These days most of the masses expect their fruit will be presented in a shrink-wrap skin.
Chris: You are quite right; the masses expect CONVENIENCE

Fine that the husband is carrying the goods. More flowers than fruits. I don't see pumpkins which are now popular in our shops.
Chris: WE have a form of pumpkin mania here in the UK too Philine, all part of the build up to Halloween

Looks very quiet ...Pumpkins, to me, are incredibly boring to eat and rely on hyped up recipes that suggest they are wonderful. BUT pumpkin seeds are nutritionally very good for you.
Chris: With a wide variety of nutrients ranging from magnesium and manganese to copper, protein and zinc, pumpkin seeds are nutritional powerhouses wrapped up in a very small package. They also contain plant compounds known as phytosterols and free-radical scavenging antioxidants, which can give health an added boost, especially for the ELDERLY with SPECIFIC NEEDS.
I quite like pumpkins but detest Halloween which is yet another unwanted American import.
Chris: Tell me about it: Moronsville..

An attractive display. No customers looking, though. Perhaps they have been been to the supermarket for pre-packaged stuff.
Chris: Oh I expect they have..

Is that woman removing a pip, Chris?
Chris: Hahaha - very good Lisl
I'm surprised they get away with having their wares spread right across the pavement like this.
Chris: This is a very run down mall in Bedminster, Bristol Brian
is it expected that the boxes and wares protrude out all that much into the walkway, Chris?
Chris: Yes there's plenty of room for people Ayush
Lets hope any passing dogs are of the short legged variety.
* I did say passing!
Chris: Passing will do..
