A rather pleasing bromeliad stuck on the wall, Chris...and in the colour of our Al's latest bicycle purchase...here is hoping is has not been stolen and re-purposed...
Chris: This primrose-type colour rather reminds me of the waistcoat Toad of Toad Hall would wear whilst driving around the lanes of old England at high speed
Odd artwork everywhere...
Chris: I cannot explain this Bristol phenomenon Larry. I only wish I could..
The yellow pineapple-y things are unusual... but I enjoyed the guy rolling around in the leaves!
Chris: All madness isn't it..
You chose a good color for Spring, Chris! smile
Chris: Well yes Ginnie, the colour of primroses, and all that..

It does not happen that I am looking for words, Chris... too many things come in mind. I remember me swimming in some leaves, but that memory takes me back 59 years... I hope the man recovered though.
Was there a fruit festival in town??
Chris: I can't explain any of this Astrid. My picture was taken in Bristol recently

What a building? University? Yes, the yellow stands really out.
Chris: This is Bristol Philine, an abandoned civic building and church in the city centre. The artwork is a mystery

I think that this building has weathered reasonably well , all things considered Tiff. I trust the bloke in the video made sure nobody was around at the time.
Chris: Maybe he just doesn't give a damn Chad, like Alan Rolfe cycling in a primrose coloured onsie..
A somewhat unpleasant building that seems to have been attacked by some nasty concrete cancer
Chris: Vile isn't it, and this in the centre of Bristol too!

My post today has yellow things in it, too. The building appears to have seen better days.
Chris: I think we all have..

The legacy of 20th century concrete
Chris: And cladding, redolent of 1960s brutalism..

Something like a banana republic. The guy in the video is somewhat bonkers.
Yellow ribbons often mean something of other but perhaps it is not significant except as a colour for art. The film was an example of the child in all of us, eh?
If it's no longetr in use they could knock it down a plant a park with some lovely yellow flowers in it.
Chris: Yes that is a good idea Brian
That's a pretty nasty looking building!
Chris: Some sort of vile 1960s municipal thing I expect Tom

i wonder how did one gain access to go up and put the SOS there, Chris.
Chris: Yes I wondered that too Ayush..
Strong the detachment of the color against gray, I wonder what is a construction in stark contrast to the pulls that can be seen behind
